Computer Science at the University of Guelph

The University of Guelph has an awesome Computer Science program. Guelph has a philosophy of stressing the ability to apply what you've learned to real problems, and its size allows students to make a name for themselves and get access to first rate resources. The Society of Computing & Information Science is the official student body representing Bachelor of Computing students. We seek to provide resources and activities to strengthen the community of all CIS students for mutual support and development.

CISters offers a way to network with other females and diversity-sensitive individuals in computing through fun and inspiring events. CISters primary mandate is to encourage women to pursue careers in computing and information sciences, and we also strive to provide a supportive environment and positive female role models to our peers.
